Bruce A. Barker is President of Dream Home Consultants, LLC., a Raleigh, North Carolina based building inspection and consulting firm. During over 33 years in the construction and building inspection profession, he has built more than 110 custom homes, and has inspected more than 3,000 homes. Mr. Barker is a certified Residential Combination Inspector by the International Code Council, and is a licensed contractor in multiple states. Mr. Barker currently serves as ASHI’s President-elect.
