We will start with a 1-hour presentation on “Understanding Your Insurance Policy,” presented by Brianne Smith, executive broker at Inspector Pro Insurance, and follow with a member meeting to discuss Ohio Chapter Board Elections and other membership matters. In this presentation, we go over home inspection insurance basics: the stuff you need to know to shop smart, buy wisely, and inspect confidently. Learn how to buy what you really need, what factors affect whether or not you’re actually covered, and how to spot key differences between insurance providers.
