The Ohio ASHI 2023 Ohio Home Inspectors EXPO is open to ALL Ohio inspectors! The 2023 Ohio Home Inspector Expo will be an in-person event held at Cherry Valley Lodge on March 11 and 12, and will offer 14 ASHI and State of Ohio CEs (enough to satisfy license renewal requirements).
This course is approved for 4 CEUs, for both Ohio State Licensing and ASHI. Non-member price $80, Member price $60. Accomplished presenter and educator Bryck Guibor will review hundreds of pictures for defect recognition and report writing, with an emphasis on writing your report within the state Standard of Practice.
