Inspecting Antiquated Homes/Peer Review—March 10, 2023

This educational event will occur March 10, the day before the 2023 Ohio Home Inspector Expo, and will start with meeting at The Cherry Valley Hotel. It offers 4 CEs for state and ASHI credit and will include inspecting a house in the morning, lunch and Cherry Valley, followed by classroom review in the afternoon. If you require Peer Review credit for state licensing, then a written report will need to be submitted for review and grading, and coordination with instructors will happen on-site. Successful completion of the peer review will gain the participant a certificate of completion that can be used to satisfy the Ohio licensing CE requirement for completion of a peer review.
